About

25 years of SEO. One conclusion.

Smart systems beat manual effort. Build the infrastructure once, let it compound. Stop paying platforms to mark up your AI calls.

The short version

I started doing SEO before Google had a toolbar. I watched the industry go from meta keyword stuffing to PageRank sculpting to “content is king” to whatever we’re calling it now.

Through all of that, one pattern held: the people who built systems outperformed the people who did manual work. Every time. No exceptions.

“The laziest marketer wins because they build the system that does the work. Everyone else is too busy working to notice.”

In 2023, AI changed SEO tooling. Not the methodology. The methodology was always entity-based, always structural, always about architecture. What changed was cost. AI operations that should cost $0.005 were being sold for $0.50 through credit systems. That’s a 100x markup on something you can do yourself with an API key.

So I built the tools I wanted to use. Then I packaged them for people who think the same way.

What Laziest Marketing is

A set of SEO tools built on BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) architecture. You plug in your own API keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. You pay provider rates. The tools handle the infrastructure: schema management, entity extraction, knowledge graph construction, internal linking, content analysis, illustration, and publishing.

The bundle costs $397 once. No monthly fees. Unlimited sites. Compare that to $149-$300/month for SaaS tools that do less and charge more per AI operation.

What Laziest Marketing is not

It is not a course. There are no modules, no drip-fed lessons, no calls. It is not a community. There is no Slack group, no forum, no weekly webinar. It is not a done-for-you service. You run the tools. You make the decisions.

It is infrastructure. You own it. You operate it. It works.

Principles

How we build

01

Entities, not keywords

Google processes entities through NLP pipelines. Keywords are a proxy. Every tool in this stack operates at the entity level because that is what search engines parse.

02

Own, don’t rent

SaaS subscriptions compound against you. Ownership compounds for you. One payment, lifetime updates, unlimited sites. The math favors ownership by month three.

03

Direct API billing

Every AI operation runs through your own API keys at provider rates. No credit systems. No per-operation markup. You see the cost of every call.

04

Integrated, not siloed

The topical map feeds the content generator. Content feeds Editorial Stack. Published articles feed the Semantic Internal Linker. Schema Root ties the entity graph together. One pipeline.

05

Methodology over tools

Tools execute methodology. The methodology is entity-based SEO with structured data architecture, topical authority, and AI answer engine optimization. The tools are how you execute it.

06

Specificity over hype

$0.005 per entity extraction. 16KB table of contents plugin. 74-post bulk analysis in 20 minutes. Exact numbers. No “revolutionary” claims.
